Central Coast Tourism Council, a non-profit tourism organization, announced today the hiring of Destination Innovate to strategize and revamp its website, TheOriginalRoadTrip.com.
The mission of CCTC is to inspire and influence travelers to the Central Coast of California, 350+ coastal and inland miles between Los Angeles and San Francisco. It includes seven counties and has approximately 150 members.
Challenges facing both CCTC and Destination Innovate included the Covid -19 pandemic, budget cuts, and limitations from an all-volunteer organization. Jennifer Barbee and her team understood these challenges and presented ideas that will immediately improve the website, both aesthetically, and functionally.
CCTC President, Cheryl Shallanberger noted, “At a critical time when travel is starting to return, Central Coast Tourism Council is excited to be partnering with Destination Innovate for a new website. CCTC is confident that with Destination Innovate’s knowledge and experience in the industry, they will produce a site that will address the needs of our organization and our members while enticing visitors from around the world to visit the region.”
